Education: BS Interior Design, MAT in Art Education

Family: I have been married 30 years to my best friend, Ron.

We have two grown kids: Sarah, 26, who is studying to be a certified pharmacy tech.; and Michael, 23, a specialist in the Army National Guard, serving in Iraq and due to come home next summer. . . which is not soon enough for us!

 

Hobbies and Interests: Drawing, painting, sculpting and pottery, reading, being outdoors, sky diving and horses!

Favorite things about AE21: This is my high school connection! I love working with students who can see their world with 'new eyes' and are enjoying the journey! After teaching Art and Yearbook for 10 years at Andrews Academy, I have been teaching elementary students for three years now, and was having withdrawals until I started teaching here! I love the connections all over the country and the talent and energy here is amazing!
